Mario is right, Drago, you don't need a license to use city or region name, for example in PES (pro evo soccer) you had unlicensed Premiership, but sill could find "Merseyside" or "West London" :)

Only fictional hills option is pointless because there already are 2 real hills and renaming them would be a bit inappropriate. There are some questions about which hills would be best for DSJ4. I personally prefer real-world hills, like Lahti and Lillehammer, and we still don't know what Jussi is gonna put in the final version. Maybe this poll would help him a little :)
