ANY NEWS ABOUT THE NEW DSJ VERSION???

Post by Michal Wieczorkiewicz »

A lot of people are probably waiting for the new DSJ version. Is there anyone who have some news or an approximate date of release? The screen on the index page looks impressive. Any thoughts about that? :D :D [/b]

Latest DSJ4 information

Post by Martin Kafka »

Release date: "when it's done"

System requirements:
AMD Phenom II X4 / Intel Extreme Core i7-975
8GB RAM (12GB, DDR III recommended)
GeForce GTX 295 / ATi Radeon HD4870 X2 (SLI/Crossfire recommended)
Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate (98, XP and Vista not supported)
Widescreen LCD display (24" and above recommended)
Asus Xonar Essence ST sound card (optional)
2.1, 5.1 or 7.1 speakers (optional)
laser mouse with 3+ buttons
DirectX 10 or later
Internet connection (10Mbps minimum, 20Mbps recommended)

Estimated price of full version: 150 EUR
Online subscription: 1 year 300 EUR / 3 months 150 EUR
Updates: each minor update 5 EUR, each major update 10 EUR

Mediamond also recently stated that the game would be too big for download, and thus delivered exclusively on two dual-layered Blu-ray discs. So you gotta have a BD drive as well. The complete installation will take approximately 70GB of space. Bonus materials will include special 45-minute "Making of DSJ4" documentary, shot entirely in HD, and tons of other materials.

I'm definitely looking forward to this!

???? From 10 (DSJ3) to 150 EUR for full version? Then DSJ4 will be really something spatial!

We also will need a special PC input device constructed by nasa to control the ski jumper with a power of the mind. About the minimum requirements, these arent that high. My commodore 64 can handle everything. So im not afraid. :P

How many minutes of your life did you waste to such an idiotic joke?

Took me about 15 minutes, thanks for asking. I'm sorry you don't have a sense of humor. But maybe you can provide us with much better joke?

And how many minutes have you spent waiting for a chance to insult me again? (let's round it up to days to make the calculation easier)

Your everlasting bitterness kinda starts to annoy me, what's the problem? Was the joke too mature for you? Frustrated you've never reached 1600? Neither is my fault.
Freaking out months after having one small argument is pathetic. Can't you just get over it?

And as regards the reply of Martin, a long time ago this way I didn't have a good laugh - what you wrote it was own a good joke!;)

Interesting Martin,

I have tested by Jussi about system requirements and it's TRUE!
Jussi will make very hard protection again all cheaters. This modul will work over your Internet connection and will tested pressure of your fingers on your mouse button and then will be calculated if you're able to jump so far on each sigle hill.

From that reason is calucated price for new version about 150 eur. Njah, every good protection is expensive! Good jumping!

I myself am wondering about the mystic silence about DSJ 4.....

I think it would be fair enough to know when DA GAME will be released.
Will it happen when we get snow in the hills? As a Xmas present from Santa Koskela? Are we talkin 'bout 2010?

Also I would like to hear some hints about new features that will be included.....at least a few of them. Will there be more stats?
Another teaser pic available?

Naaah never mind...just curious
