Problem with permission to load Custom Hills

Hello. I have problem like in the topic name. I have of course registered account in DSJ4 but I cant load Custom Hills because game didnt gave me Permission to load them cause I have message that "I don't have a paid subscription" and of course it's not true. What can I do to solve this problem ? I have the newest version of the game 1.11.3

Your registration name was changed earlier. Remove the old registration key and enter the new one.
