lost always the connection to the server

I have problems with the connection to the server...today it was very bad I jumped 5 hills and lost 60 points because the connection to the server always failed. but my other connections to the internet are very good....
Why???
I am very angry now because 60 points is a lot!

is there the chance to get the pionts back?

The problem is most probably caused by your firewall settings. Sorry, but you have to earn the rating back.
