High or Low Mouse Sensitivity

Hi!
What do you use?
High or Low?
Problem at low is for me, that I have to move my mouse to match down, I can not do this in one move.

You should make your sensivity symstematically lower within time. It helps to allow unnecessary movements in the air. :)
