Connection to the cup server was broken!

Hey guys..

Need help with the problem like in the subject.
I get that message every 1-2 minutes after connecting to the cup server.
Sitting in the lobby is clear and okay.
I don't really know what is the cause of the problem.

A few gamers have this problem (me too). I think this is something like that: 70% is problem with your internet, 30% is problem with mediamond servers. Unfortunately it is hard to fix it but I'm still trying. Maybe it is impossible but I don't know. One thing is certain - maybe you can fix problem with your internet connection but problem with mediamond servers won't be fix in the near future. Unfortunately...

There is no problem in mediamond's servers. The internet connection between your internet provider and mediamond's server's internet provider is not stable enough. There are lots of reasons why internet connection drops for a short time.
