I had that problem in the online-modus, but then I adjust the graphic-details to the lowest level. Now it works

The graphics settings do not help, the game stutters, jumper goes to the threshold of about eleven seconds, I can burn the video as it looks.

How fast is your CPU and what graphics card do you have?
Did you try turning the details to minimun at the Settings menu?
The resolution of the video is very high, so perhaps you should try lowering also the resolution in DSJ3 Setup.

video resolution is high because I made a movie in Windows Live Movie Maker and saved in HD, I have the resolution set to 800x600, the processor is: Intel Atom N450 1.66 Ghz, video card is: Intel Graphics Accelerator 3150 256MB, 1GB of RAM, setting the game also tried and nothing
