Need Help With The DSJ4 Key?

I have two concerns about the DSJ4 key:

Do I need to buy a new key for each device, or can I use the same key on both?
In what place do I put my name for the key when I buy it? Will I be able to change it later?

You can use the same key on multiple devices, but you may not play them at the same time. The key will be assigned on your real name.
I can change the name manually on request.
