Hey, uninstalled DSJ4 to try the newest version but it won't start running. The error message says "Could not create the directory".

One tip: you don't need to uninstall the existing version in order to install new one. You can just install new version directly over the old one.
Which OS you use? If windows 10/11, maybe try to run in compatibility mode (like win 7). Otherwise it seems like you tried the most common fixes already.

Ok, thanks. Tried to launch it again today and it suddenly worked?!
