New bug in dsj4

Hi!
Today I discovered a new bug with latitude in hills. Version 1.10 spoilt and for example Adelboden HS185 in 24 June in 23:45 are White nights. This situation is possible only in places located in latitude is higher than 60° N or S.

In my opinion, game could force minhour="9" and maxhour="21" on hills without those parameters in XML code. Seems strange.

Yes, the default value for minhour is 9 and for maxhour 21. It means that the game will gap the time setting between those values. 23:45 will then be gapped to 21:00. And up north it's not very dark at that time during the summer.
