Easy choice to me:
Iron Mountain HS133 because of unusual profile, plus the landing would be... interesting.
Vikersund HS225, biggest hill in the world, and a nice low profile for safe landing. I wonder if we could jump 250 meters.
Zakopane HS134, no more comments needed

Would be nice to see an American (US or Canada) hill with the next release to have all continents represented that are currently taking part in either World or Continental Cup.
In true Eurovision-style: Here are the results of the Crystalian vote... Iron Mountain, Vikersund and Kuopio...
