No Kulm?

Hi, just bought the game yesterday and it is awesome . Played DSJ demo on and off for almost as long as I can remember.

I see people talking about the Kulm hill around here yet I do not have it. Wondering if this is a bug or if that hill was just in the beta or what?

Sorry if this is not worth it's own thread but I've been searching for a long time and couldn't find any answer or a place to ask.
