Ok, so I see that my provocation was effective enough to bring you here, Jussi.

So, I assume that nothing will be done? Or am I wrong and you have an idea how to solve this problem? And do not delete my words. It is just a simple question.

Jussi
In DSJ2 you were checking WR replays, so why dont you do it now too? You should make some limits for every hill (for example 142 Nor- not 144! or slo 320- not 322 etc) And then if someone jump more, then he will have to show his replay...
In my opinion you dont do ANYTHING to solve the problem...
Other games Creators/ Authors take care about theirs players...

In DSJ2 it was only possible to check if somebody was using a wind manipulator. You really can't notice a small amount of slowdown from the replay files.

There's nothing to be done right now. I can't and won't disqualify players based on speculations.

In Pfleger's and Jaluvka's case it's not only speculation... Impossible is impossible. It's crazy if they will not be disqualified.

Replays

At least they should be asked to release their replays. I bet they manipulate the wind also. Too incredible results to only use the slowdown

Totally agree with you, that they suck to much to get such incredible distances. Jussi do you want a proof? then ask CZE guys about their replays ( I am pretty sure that as game designer you have full rights to do that), you will see a lot of magic in their jumps like 6.0 upwind or bouncing of the ground or something else - for sure it is not only about slowdownig the game

Thats the best option, U are the game owner and u have full right to ask, pha to DEMAND replays from their jump, they are registered so u know their e-mail adresses, so no problem with"they dont read or visit forum" then u, and perhaps all of us will see.
Oh and give them like 10 or even 14 days to reply and send u the replays, and 1 more thing dont accept excuses like " I dont have that replay'' cause no one would delete his WR, so thats crap

Hi guys.

I sit somedays for 4-5 hours trying to get my PB better and better.. It is a great game, but I am afraid I have to agree with those who soon will stop plaing this game.

The feeling of see your own blue line ( PB-Line ) dissapear and landing on new PB is fantastic. However the WR-Line is so far down in the hill that sometimes you just want to give up. And when you know its done by cheaters is no longer fun.

I cant tell you Jussi to do anything, BUT one thing I know for sure is that you loose a lot of money on this problem. I am not a computer expert, and I dont even know how to slow-down this play. BUT somehow it MUST be possible to find this cheaters! If you somehow will manage to do that you will have the greatest game in the world

Now I will go and jump for some hours, but PLEASE JUSSI. Think, try, use every braincell you`ve got. FIND the cheaters. Because you know ( even though I havent seen you admit it ) that this IS a BIG problem. Both for you, the game and us players who love this game!

Best Regards,
Thomas

I would also want to see these replays... This isnt normal situation when on 1 day so many incredible scores... If they are realy so good let them place the replays...If they dont just delete their scores... There should be always a replays of all WR available on mediamond.fi ...

It seems this whole topic has been waste of time. Cheaters get full support.

If someone says Pfleger's and Jaluvka's jumps are possible, he understands nothing about this game. I hope Jussi knows how badly disappointed we are...

Many of us has - like me - jumped without any kind of cheating all the time, also in versions 1.4 and 1.5. With v.1.6. we gave up all our honestly earned records from back then for the sake of getting rid of the cheated records at the same time - by staring fresh with a new list and with better protection against cheaters.

At the time I thought it was a good idea, even if it had a price. But as we now has experienced, it is probably impossible to make 100% sure against cheating, and it only takes a few idiots - if they are clever enough - to ruin the lists.

I don't think I'm prepared to do the same thing again, we can't delete the list over and over.

My only aim now is to beat my own old records, and I've done 14 so far... it's going to take some time  The world records, they are just a laughing matter...

Maybe this is all we can do: compete with oneself (trying to improve), and compete with friends and those you trust. And forget about the light blue line

Still, we have the online game, and certain not here named persons does not play there 8)

just my few words:

Noone of you is bound to play the game, so if you don't like, you can quit playing, the a bit of kindness towards Jussi would be appropriate I think...

and also I agree with him, that you can't delete records without proof... and that they jump WR is NOT a proof... It's quite possible they cheat, yes, but if you want them deleted, go and get the proof yourself and give it to Jussi...
I'm quite sure he will delete them if the proof is fail safe ;)

Greets...
