Nope m8, I click Back all the time

Set 1,9 > Back > Players > 1,9 > Back > Players > 1,9 ...
Set 1,8 > Back > Players > 1,7 > Back > Players > 1,6 > Back > Players 1,5 > Back > Players 1,5 > Back > Players 1,5 ...

So finally I got the game on the correct monitor, but whatever resolution or setting I chose it will always run in 4:3 ratio with something that looks like 640x480 resolution.

Sounds weird. This works perfectly on my computer and I haven't heard of such problems from other players. Can you confirm that the resolution is different than the one that you chose by taking a screenshot?
In the menus the widescreen aspect ratio is not taken into account (everything is stretched horizontally) but in the 3d scenes you should have a wider field of view.

This fixed itself after updating to the latest nVIDIA GeForce drivers released 22th of Decemeber.
