under-1000-points-WC

What do you think about a WC for players with less than 1000 ratingpoints?
Would be nice for beginners, or less addicted people to fight for a victory.
Something like continental-cup In real life.

I know that there is a beginners tournament, but without rating there ist not that suspense.

I have now made a server called 'Continental Cup' which has an upper limit of 1000 for the rating.
