I'm not sure but at the final of the WC in Planica before the first start there is a qualification, but before the second race there isn't and only the first 30 in the WC ranking jump in the race. This should be the rule Jussi, because I'm watching the final race in Planica for 3-4 years and only 30 jump in the last race.

the 30 jumpers are the first 30 from the first competition... not the first 30 of the world cup.

no they're not.The rules is saying that the first 30 jumpers from the overall ranking in the WC can race in the last competition of the season.

Hello everybody. I have an idea. In World Cup In DSJ4, I'm selecting jumpers into all season. And i want option, where I'm selecting jumpers into every competition. For example: In Hakuba and Almaty don't start few leading jumpers (Stoch, Morgenstern, Freitag, Freund, Kranjec). And maybe could you put this option in game? What do you think Jussi

Yes, this is the top improvement on my list.

I don't like this idea. IRL jumpers don't start in competitions, because there are some downsides (for example lower form and less energy). In virtual world, there's no reason for players not to start.

The info about hill and gate in the upper left corner should disappear after leaving the bench. Not a major distraction, but a distraction nonetheless.
Also, the sound effect of blowing wind during the flight might require an improvement. One can clearly hear a repeating pattern - it sounds very artificial.
And last but not least... any info/update on your decision about weather affecting the jumps? Will it stay graphic-only? ;-)

P.S.: Please don't forget to faithfully preserve the beautiful dark-yellow inrun tower of Harrachov K-185 and the high flying curve (actually highest of all 5 ski flying hills).

Thanks! :-))

Won't be in the first version. Maybe later.

1. Some people might forget which hill they are jumping during the inrun. That happens to me sometimes, too. That's why the name of the hill stays there.

2. The wind was one of the few sound effects that I didn't update to Beta-2 and it's still the same. I'll work on it at some day. Maybe before the first release, maybe after it.

3. Snowing/raining doesn't affect the jumping yet. If they were taken into account then also the effect of temperature should be observed. This needs further consideration.
