The hills are parametrized, which makes designing the hills faster but means that certain simplifications have to be done in the looks of the hills.
but how do you open in 3d these hills ? ;) This for me is a mystery ;p

I guess, you have your own editor ;)

am trying to find out how do you doing that
around 5 month, but I can't find out. ;)
The game generates the hills based on the hill parameters that I have given. Lots of math is involved in that.
for sure lots of maths ;) everything is about maths, so you checkin how they look's in to game...
I have to find different way, maybe I use some 3d engine like OpenGL or DarkGDK based on c++;(

It's boring when u play alone - yes. But the idea was (is) to make the game fun for more than 1 person also. So a few registered players could play at the same computer and then the local record list would be more varied.

I don't know if this has already been suggested as I don't have time to read 73 pages of random ideas, but the color of the flagpole could be changed, it looks a bit stupid cuz it's exactly the same color as the snow behind it. (noticed in Bad Mitterndorf, no trees etc)

I bet that many people use names of real-life skijumpers when playing the world cup in DSJ. It would be cool to get a drop down list of real-life skijumpers when we start to write their name (similar to the google instant search)

Furthermore when a skijumper is selected from that list, he's nationality, skidress colors, and approxemate skill level would pop up automatically in the settings.

I would need to have licenses to use the real ski jumpers' names.

Jussi please add wide screen option to setup with 800x600 and 1024x758 resolution.
I have wide screen monitor, but I have computer with low setup... and on higher resolution game playing to slow... (cutting)
This is very good idea!

and see this!
