Re: The future of DSJ
what about donation through PayPal or so? Once there is a reasonable amount (fair compensation for your work) donated, new hills could be made? A win-win situation for all, no? :) As crazy as it sounds, but that's illegal in Finland. Insane... there is a way to overcome this problem though....

Re: The future of DSJ
Real bummer...
Hopefully there is a way to gain a bit more income for you from this, the advertising thing would be possibly a little way (could imagine for example fluege.de being interested...) - have you thought about banner advertising on the webpage?

Re: No Vikersund in 2013/14 season?
Really sad decision, as the reconstructered Planica flying hill won't be ready in time for the WC 2013/14 - meaning, the season final will be on the large hill there. So, a world cup without the 3 biggest flying hills, what's next???

Re: HILLS PRIORITY FOR 1.5.0
Jussi, did you try for more permissions for US hills? As the US team + delegation in general seems to be very interested in promoting their team and hills, that could mean way easier talk here resulting in easier obtainable permissions. Just an idea... (Iron Mountain with its rather unique hill woul...

Klingenthal looks really superb from that first screenshot, should be a nice hill to play.

Iron Mountain for me as the profile of the hill seems pretty unique.

Re: Venues
Okay, I admit that I am rather old skool if it comes to fave venues, but I really like the hills in Lahti. Second would be Planica followed by Zakopane (always great atmosphere!)

That is great news! And thanks for letting us know a good month in advance when the release date will be - easier to get a day off work that way

Re: Hills discussion all in one topic
It would be nice if the next update has at least one hill from Canada or USA (Iron Mountain should be real fun, as the profile is quite different to many hills), so Europe/Asia+North America are represented. Other than that, I am quite happy with the ones that Jussi is creating at the moment. Maybe ...

Re: Old landing
Maybe a slight bit easier, but as already pointed out, the problem mainly is with the Bad Mitterndorf hill - seems the landing pressure is a bit too much there especially compared to Planica (I know, different outrun -> Planice in generally easier to land the flights). As it is now, it is indeed eit...

Game constantly freezes
With the new version, the game from time to time crashes on my pc (XP SP3), at first I thought it was just on Oberstdorf hill that is why I accidently posted this in bugs, but this happens on other hills as well. Sometimes you just see the first 0.x seconds of the countdown before jumping and the ga...

Re: Hills priority
Would be nice to see an American (US or Canada) hill with the next release to have all continents represented that are currently taking part in either World or Continental Cup.
