Well some tells that south finland also giwen snow... but how long it is land ...
i say it can go out and landing twice before criss... or more time...

To me the best time would be second half of November.

Speaking of snow, it actually doesn't make sense to have snow turned on e.g. Slovenia and Australia at same time, also going even further, it doesn't make sense to turn on snow on Italy or Spain at all

Yellow mark: Part of 4 hills tournament. 32 competitions (including 4 marathons). Little Christmas break so no competition in 23th day. Hopefully this is ok but I can make changes.
