Sound crackles and then disappears

since recently the soudn doesnt work anymore with my dsj 4.
When I start, I hear the sound, but soon teh soudn sounds dirty, or even crakcles, and after a few seconds into starting a competition, the sound completely disappears, until I close the program and restart it
