It is any possible to adding fans stands on the sides for Innsbruck Bergisel for online game and CPU game offline ?

That is not possible, because it is like get Template into DSJ online

I'd say it's about exactly as doable as getting Template into online, after all Olsztyn HS130's profile has around 2/3 of its parameters identical as in template, five or six Velingrads in online llok suspiciously similar to Advanced Template and the Fans Stands have been made perfectly well in Shchuchinsk

Possible, but there are limitations with adjusting terrain height and it's not possible put an audience on them, so they won't look as good as the real ones.
