Hi I have problems with replays in game (crtl r doesn't works) how can i repair it?

Hi I have problems with replays ( I mean my crtl r doesn't work) how can i rapair it? Everything with crtl works wihtout crtl r.

Do you have some other program running in the background which could capture ctrl-r presses?

I dont have. Only in DSJ.
