How can I transfer my hill records from the game to the installed game on a new phone?

There's no manual export/import functionality but as far as I know the standard backup + sync operation should move the DSJ2 user files to new phone.

Do you have any interesting app to synchronize and transfer the records and data from old smartphone to new one?
