Deluxe Ski Jump Forum

I would like to create some fictional hills, so i have to know what is meaning of every parameters. I have problem with "rl". I can't see any difference between 100 and 300. Could someone explain me what it is?

rl is parameter who doesn't matter in game, but he is in official ski hill homologation.
