The site certificate was outdated. Now the 3rd party webmaster has fixed it.

No registration needed / available. Your player profile gets created automatically once you start taking part in the main tournaments (Wed & Sat).
However, it's possible to register at a third party website in case you'd like to have your own image there. More info
here.
