DSJ Online Tournaments Database

Post by JES »

Greetings to all in the DSJ community!

Over the weekend I have been working on a web application in order to try to learn PHP; a database for DSJ online tournaments:

http://dsjtournaments.frac.dk/

The objective of the site is to have all online tournaments available for easy browsing and to generate statistics from a single location. RIght now the database contains all online tournaments (except national tournaments) since the release of DSJ 1.6 (November 2007).

If you have any national tournament stats you can upload them as well. I have uploaded the few I have.

I think the site can be very useful for keeping track of competitions such as Summer Cup, 4 hills tournament, Tour de DSJ, etc. I can add presets to the Totals page for these competitions when the time comes. The site is a work in progress, so expect to see more features soon .

Yes, someone has already uploaded the missing ones, making the database complete for DSJ 1.6. Thank you. Now, if anyone want to take on the laborious task of turning the screenshots from tournaments prior to 1.6 into text files and uploading them to the site, that would be awesome .

I added a new feature today in which you can click on any jumper's name and view information and stats for that jumper.

Bug reports and suggestions appreciated :D.

Thanks all.

onkelsmerte, can you be more specific? What did you find not to be accurate?
