And by the way, where have New Hills Cup and Team Cup disappeared?
I would be eager to see the cup for every hill in Online, creating that would be really nice misdeed for online-hunters

They were removed because they were useless. New Hills Cup was useless because of no new hills in 1.6 and we can't count for back of this cup to online game.

Usually servers with this kind of special cups are empty since people play the one that has the most players available (=normal world cup).
