Hi,
after downloading the latest version of DSJ I cannot turn off qualifying in World Cup. Please help!

Knockout can't be competed without the qualification. It wouldn't make any sense since the pairs are formed based on the qualification results.

Ok, now I understand. But do all the hills include the knockout or just some?

You can select it in the Hills menu separately for each hill by checking the KO checkboxes.
