Why wouldn't you all play at B? All of you had 0 points and ratings below 1200. You shouldn't play A, you should play B

But if they like the big amount of competitors?

It's 21 players that could play WC. Add to this 2 players that were on B, but weren't on A and you get 23. IMO that's not small amount of players.
And what do they get from the big amount of competitors? Having 0 points and losing rating all the time?

Not everyone plays to win, some people have fun by participating and trying their best

I know, but in A they can't even try.

I feel like there is no reason to limit their participation and it is rude to even suggest them to stay outside of A "because they can't try there".

Why? If they want, they'll competite in WC A.
It's good case when on the server are more people, because the betters (like me, for example) can improve their rating

It's not a good case when shit players like me can't do anything online - there's no place for us in A, and no one plays B.
I used to play B, when my rating grew up i started doing A. IMO that's how it should be - you start at B, you get better, you go to A. Now there's no place i can get better.

Possible solution to this would be setting the A server limit to 1200-9999. But I highly doubt Jussi would adopt such measure.
When you think of it, it does make sense, it works that way in FIS competitions. Weaker/novice jumpers first gain their experience in FIS Cup / Continenal Cup, in other words they start in lower rank competitions, and once they get better, they're allowed to try how they compare in World Cup. If they prove to be a success (Jacobsen/Schlierenzauer in '06), there's no reason for them to go back to CoC. If they struggle, they can always return to polish their skills some more (or happily settle with CoC for good). In our case, instead of a head coach, there's the server making decisions according to one's rating. Is it fair? I think so! Last but not least, it'd also add a new level of competitiveness for those seeking a challenge by "qualifying" for 'A' competitions.

Then I could never join the A servers.

I'm sure you can always grant yourself an exception for 'administrative' reasons ;) I can't imagine anyone complaining about your presence ;)
Plus, apart from TDD you don't seem to
frequent that much :)

I feel this virtual ski jumping fan community is different than professional ski jumping and I believe there is no need to _force_ players to separate from another.

Any kind of virtual entertainment (and people around it) will always differ from its real-world professional counterpart. I was merely trying to support my suggestion with a suitable comparison, and where else to look in a game that above all tries to be a faithful simulator following and adopting many rules and gameplay elements from FIS?
But I see your point - some may feel
forced rather than
motivated. I'm aware of this issue, I discussed it in
this post.
I still think, however, that sometimes it's necessary or helpful to set up reasonable restrictions for players' own good.
I remember CoC from 2011/12, those competitions were great, many people attending, chat atmosphere was way better than in A - no cussing, spamming, kicking etc.
Don't you agree that helping to create two equally competitive leagues can only help to shape the Online game for better? If you only see the "force" element, this way you'll never be able to make any real improvements to the overall Online experience and climate.

There is not enough players right now for two leagues setup in my opinion. But I agree that it is a good idea.
