KO mode

Currently there's K.O. mode enabled on every hill at Online WC server but it should be only on 4 hills as it also says in the game... I think this is a bug.
Oops, the server adds 4 additional KO hills to the World Cup on every World Cup round without resetting the previous ones.
This can be fixed server-side.
