The tower its BIG PROBLEM.

Honestly It shouldn't be a problem for anyone, because nothing will happen when you won't see your jumper for 2 seconds on a ramp.
BUT, if it is the BIG PROBLEM, Jussi can do the tower on the left. (I think no one jumps from F12). We have to the end of November so much time, so now Jussi can do other hills, etc. Park City complex (those are really simillar hill, so it wouldn't take really much time to do them),or Bischofshofen HS78, then he will think about solving problem in Obersdorf.

This. As long as you can see enough to take off there shouldn't be any problem.

I play with F1 no problem for me

In Val Di Fiemme HS134 the flag covers takeoff from F11 or F12(I don't remember correctly which one) camera and it's not a problem...
And one more request - if you will make HS137, please make HS106 also. The best you can do is doing all hills(which can host WC) from one city. Hills from one city usually are looking similary(VdF, Park City or more hills built for host World Championships or Olimpics).

Could be in version 1.5.2 or until 29.12.2013 a small update with this hill
