Warsaw-best hotel/motel/whatever place to stay ???

This seems like an ideal place to ask since most of you are from Poland...

I am going to Warsaw in August 9-11 (because of Magic:the Gathering Grand Prix tournament) so I will need to spend two nights somewhere...can you recommend me some affordable hotel? some cheapest place, but one where I don't have to worry about getting raped or something (well you know what I mean... )

Hotel Sobieski is very good, but very expensive

I forget to mention one important thing...the tournament will take place in Warszawskie centrum expo XXI, so maybe some place to stay near that?...

MAR-GRAN Hostel, only about 500-600 meters from place of tournament.
