I think that Skype has caused this behavior on some players. You could try closing it while playing the game.

Hmm, I have got launched Skype all the time and I haven't got this problem.

I can't think of anything. The game does not minimize itself if some other program is not capturing the focus, so it's not DSJ4's fault.

I would suggest running antivirus and malware programs to be sure that there are no harmful programs causing this.
As it is not DSJ4.exe causing this for majority of the players, Jussi should not be held responsible for your computer's weird behavior.
