Hi! I forgot my cd-key, and the old computer is fu**ed up!

I sent you the registration key to the original email address. Please send your full order information to sales@mediamond.fi in case that you are not using that email address any more.

I've got the reg- name and key, but it won't work at all.

Please check your spelling once again. You have to write the small and capital letters exactly the same way as they are in the registratin name.

I've done that.. Checked numerous times, but it just wont do it!!

Well, it worked on your computer before, so I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't work any more.

It worked on my old computer wich had Windows XP.
It wont register on my new computer with vista.

It stand in the name: John Øyvind (Ormseth) Polden or my dad's name Arnt Magne Polden

I resent the key to your father's email address (the same address which was given in the order).
