Do you jump with that sensitivity all the time? It seems like you push it just a bit too much almost every time JUST after take off. Might help you to gain some consistency if you drop sensitivity by small amount.
Just my two cents since I don't really speak german and therefore couldn't follow what was happening other than jumps

Jeah i act like an commentator and the jumps with lower fps is a bit more difficult and jeah so i didn´t get the take off that well
