Windy sounds

When you sit on the bar, before you start your jump, you can listen to the freshening wind. But those soundeffects are not always existing. Sometimes you have to wait many hills to hear the wind again. Why are this soundeffects not permanent?

Your sound card is probably unable to play enough sound effects simultaneously.
