Jussi, I watched videos with Robert Kranjec's 231 metres in Planica 2012 and some jumps in Planica in DSJ 4. Look at the speed and startgates:

Kranjec's jump - 102,7 kph, startgate 12
DSJ jumps: 101,6 - 101,7 kph, startgate 17.


Would you read my post and investigate this?

Yes, but Jussi is still going to realism in game .

The position of the first gate is probably little too low in DSJ4. We'll have to live with it.

Yes, but speed in my opinion is too slow. From gate 17 speed will be about 104 kph.

wind is also a factor, however on a really small scale. It can have an effect on the speed.
