How can I stand this jumps above

Can someone give me a tip or a video ?

You can see the replays of top 100 players' jumps at:
Main Menu -> Hill Records -> Global Hill Records -> Bad Mittenrdorf
Then just click 'View' and enjoy the replay.

Edit: Remember to click both mouse buttons even if you do a telemark landing.

Why both even with telemark? I land with only one when i do telemark.

Because the time between both klicks sets IMHO the "wideness" of the telemark, and so only one klick means: maximum wideness --> maximum risk of a crash ...

I know how to land but i can´t stand after the jumps
And I just wanna know if i should go a little forward or backward few milliseconds before the landing
But thx for your answer :)

Go backward before the landing, but not too early on flying hills (Ahonen, Planica, y'know?)

If the flying curve is low (Evensen, Romören, Olli) and you go back with the right timing, you can even do a telemark landing (with only one mouse-click). It doesn't matter as much as in reality wether you do a telemark or parallel landing though. I guess that needs some tweaking by Jussi. It's the other factors of the landing that matter and that basically make the landing as realistic as never before in a computer game.

Yes landing is very difficult in this version. For me the most difficult is landing in Bad Mitterndorf. My record is 209.95m (in beta 2 it was 217,68m),and I can't land properly in every jump above 210m...I have maybe 30 jumps above 210m and I felt in every jump....It's very annoying...In Planica is easier (now my personal best is 227,5m)

I have now learned it and my Records is Ok.
Hardest hill is Garmish because Take off must Start Really Early to get good distance amd if u take off is good u go Far but its Really hard. This landing is ok when u Learn it. Like in Planica u must Just Pull back before landing.

I agree that physics are now as real as they can get but realism takes some fun factor away. In planica and kulm I only land about 10% of jumps which is not really fun because I struggle at landing. Especially I hate when I think I landed but then both skis just snap off and jumper falls.

Does that mean that we would have to select lower start gates than right now?

I was jumping in kulm from gate 2 with wind form 1.6 to 2.2 and I don't thing gate 1 would make any difference. As for the other hills some tweaking could be done and we would have better distance to landing ratio
