mouse sens

I have a lot of problems about my mouse sens...
that the game is playable, I have sens 1 and need the move during the jump some millimeters - so fast is my mouse there...
but: when I am in the gamemenue, I need about two and have mousepads - so slowly is my mouse there...
I play with logitech gameing mouse - win 7
