These private training videos are quite rare, I've always liked to watch how a world-class sport performance is being born.
We're used to seeing ski jumpers on the hills, in the action, all dressed up in suits and helmets, but it's also interesting to see the background, what it takes to become a champion, to see people like us, sweating in the gym, doing their best to be stronger and faster than the rest. There's of course a lot more than that to it, such as the mental and equipment factors etc., but it's nice to see these short glimpses and insights of the hard work behind all the action.
I wonder how much he has there, it looks like at least 100 kg.

I can push 100kg easily with some effort and warm up, despite my life is very passive. There had to be a lot more.
