A speaker/comments in the Hills?

Maybe it would be nice to hav a voice commenting the jumps, especially or maybe onely when a hillrtecord is set? Some kind of celebration - soundwise?
Or would it b possible to have a designated folder in the Users-folder where jumpers can place selfrecorded audioclips to accomany your game offline? Without beeing able to alter the rest of the game.
