So my idea to online:
Votes:
Like a if some player spams a lot other players can do vote like this:
Chat: /vote mute (players name)
Player maded a vote: Mute Player1
F1(yes) F2(no)
Or like this:
Chat: /vote lock/unlock
Player maded a vote: Lock
F1(yes) F2(no)
This vote can lock tournament so other players cant join to tournee and players move to spectators

I've been wondering the kick system, if it's only "kick" from the server, can't the player join back in right away?
If not, shouldn't it be called.. ban?

They can't rejoin while over 50% have voted for that (as far as I remember).

CHAT COMMANDS
/help List chat commands

/msg <player> <msg> Send a private message to the player
/me <message> Describe your actions
/who List active players
/ignore <player> Ignore messages from the player
/unignore <player> Cancel ignoring messages from the player
/kick <player> Vote for kicking the player
/unkick <player> Cancel your vote to kick the player
/friend <player> Add the player to your friend list
/unfriend <player> Remove the player from your friend list

So maybe also:
xxx yyy has left the server. Played 00:04:12
xxx yyy has joined the server. Rating: 1451 Peak: 1813 (xD)
xxx yyy has added a vote to kick yyy xxx. F1 - kick, F2- unkick. Current: 2 kick, 3 unkick (And here we've got some funny thing. If there's 75% people for kick, and the time runs out, the player's kicked)
xxx yyy has bet its own PB
xxx yyy has added a vote to restart this hill Current: 4 restart, 5 not restart (Time: To the end of hill)
