For some informative purposes, this is really unbelievable how low you can fly in Vikersund: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r4Vjj6xuHzk (rare video)
In my opinion, from the lowest flying position to the highest are: Vikersund, Kulm=Oberstdorf, Harrachov, Planica (it's just my guessing, nothing else, but I do have some experience gained through watching many ski flying contests on TV).

yep, I absolutely LOVE when the skis go crazy at Kulm around the 160-170 meter Sooo realistic and fun. I love it

Vikersund-style takeoff Probably impossible to perform without using the slowdown, but it looks amazingly smooth. I wonder how far I could have jumped if I hadn't done the mistake in the first phase.
