The keys to a good jump - opinions!

So, I seem to have pushed myself to the limits of what I can do in the beta so far, jumping 132 meters in Lahti, and 143 meters in Lillehammer. The keys to a good jump, as far as I can see, are the following;

- Wind going your way (or, you know, the opposite way of you)
- Hitting the exact sweet spot for take-off (what is the exact sweet spot?)
- Not going down in the V too early
- Keeping your V relatively low, then making it even lower when you go past the 100-meters point approximately, to gain even more for the last part

Or what do you think? I'm no expert, and I'd like to hear from the people who can jump further than me. :)

That's why automatic translators suck.
