Subscription for DSJ3 and DSJ4 same code or not?

They are different.

With the registration for the full version, I've got a 3-month Free trial for online mode. But during Beta-Period, I can also play online for free as a registered user, can't I? And then when the full is finally released, I still have 3 months left?

That's right. The online game might currently show that you have less than 90 days left, but I will reset the counters at the time of final release.

Will the 3-month-period be automatically activated after release or only after the first time I enter the online mode after release?
