We're about to replace our old crt screen. We're going to buy a LCD screen, possably a wide screen. I was wondering, can anyone tell me how DSJ3 performs on a wide screen (16:9)?

DSJ3 works fine on widescreen but it doesn't have a good aspect ratio, so the models will look sqished on your screen.

So a standing figure will look short and fat, and a horizontal figure (jumper in the air) will look long and thin, and the hills will look flatter - is that what you are saying?

Yeah, exactly. I just bought a new widescreen-notebook and had to stop playing DSJ because of that. It's quite annoying. Jussi said, he'll implement widescreen in the next version, though.
