Jussi, what do you think about having a NR line along with LR, PB and WR? Or make it possible to add lines manually / decrypt the ingame WR list? I dont see how it would be bad to be able to change the world records your game shows, if you think some records are not real/cheated.

Toggling those lines on and off would be a really nice idea since the "world record" lines are wrong anyway. And those cheaters always find a way ... :(

We should better believe that the new DSJ will be cheat-prevented, so changing the record lines manually will not be needed...

Some things I would like to see in DSJ4:
-A hill like DSJ2 Italy; lots of WR falls, landing long jumps with telemark almost impossible
-A "classic style hill"; Getting to the K-Point is hard, no HS line (altough the area should be marked, like in early DSJ3 versions)
-A possiblity to toggle LZ, K and HS lines (on/off switch for each in options)
-Toggling gates in practice mode (practise landing long jumps!)
-A better replay manager with a frame-to-frame mode (like in DSJ2)
-Online record list
-More realistic sized hills!
-Make 300m a real challenge (like in DSJ2)

I understand some of these might be hard to do, but Jussi, please tell your opinion :)

I saw in the picture of DSJ4 (probably DSJ4) that there will be three lights, right?

And I hope in DSJ4 will be some real hills, new wind and gates sytem, KO and possibility of competition cancellation

Jussi, is the time between first beta and full version as long as in dsj3?

or.. now when watching again, it was only 5 months :)

Let's hope not :)
Seriously speaking, this beta version will be much more mature. All the basic functionality (except CPU players) is in place.
There are still some things (in addition to hills) which I would like to implement but they might come in some later releases as well.
