My short idea: "Team cup online"

That's a simple idea, but I like it.
For an example, 4 men team would be great. Own server for team jumpers, of course.

The teams would be made as evenly as possible, based on rating.

Player1: 200 points
Player2: 150 points
Player3: 100 points
Player4: Does not exist.
So, the arithmetic average ist 150pkt, so Player4 have 150 pkt

I think cruzzz112 meant that:
I don't know how to say it in english.
You have four numbers: 1,2,3,4. You do that: 1+2+3+4=9 But there are four numbers so you do that: 9:4. Result is 2,25.
This time 1,2,3 and 4 are 100,150 and 200.
100+150+200= 450. 450:3=150
Sorry for my english.
