Beta-2 is not 100% finished yet, but I'm seriously targetting the release for the next week.

if this is a common problem then it could be changed somehow. Maybe you have to click both buttons at the same time to jump on the inrun so we wouldnt see these 0.00m - 30,00m jumps

In the end of the ramp you could jump how ever you wanted.
Once again I was playing maybe 20 mins and I clicked the mouse by mistake two times and lost 26 points 1454 -> 1428. I guess my mouse buttons are pretty sensitive but anyway it's very annoying because its nothing to do with my jumping skills. I really hope this will be fixed somehow.

I dont know but the inrun jump fail has always been a signature posibility in DSJ... would be a shame to let it go really...

Jumping off the half of the inrun seems weird at all. Jumper could for example be able to take-off only in a specific zone at the end of the inrun and if the mouse button is cliked before it, he would simply fall without jumping high. I hope you know what I mean.

Jos joku viittis kääntää noille puolalaisille
Siis hyppääjän profiiliin vois laittaa jonkilaisen säätö mahdollisuuden ylämäenlasku asennon säätöön.
Hyppääjän polvikulman säätö, millä tasolla perse on, yläkropan korkeus.
näillä saa eroja vauhtiin ja kuinka hyvin se säilytetään ja kuinka saa tehoja ponnistukseen.
Siis luo oma persoonallinen tekniikkasi jota tulee hioa ennen siirtymistä esim online peleihin.

The jumping on the inrun could be optional
OR
You have to click both buttons at the same time (If you click one button, nothing happens)
OR
take off could be done only by pressing mouse's scroll wheel AND normal take off could be done only in this zone:

Yes.
Jussi, i suppose you have some quote detection system applied to your forum account, so me quoting it will let you answer my question faster.
Once you mentioned that the hill profiles are modelled according to the real measurements, did you mean the inrun angle, height etc. too? I don't care much about the inrun transition curve, but I do when it comes to the inrun height at the take-off point, which determines mostly the height of flight. I have certain doubts if the height of flight is correct, meaning it looks like the jumper is too high over the slope compared to reality, especially in Lahti. I've never been to Lahti, so it's difficult to tell, but I have watched the competition on TV each year since 2000. Maybe it's the camera.
