Ideas & suggestions for next beta/full version
There are many things to be done that WILL be done to improve realism apart from just putting some crppy lines on the slope that nobody needs.
To be more precise: as to me, those lines would diminish the joy after a long flight - as we all know, the longer we land beyond the last line, usually the longer the jump seems to be. Jumping 1 m over the last line wouldn't be as exciting as realizing that I've just jumped 11 meters over the HS point, which is the last marked line apart from the moving ones, representing personal and global records.
I hope it will persuade Jussi Koskela to refrain from doing so. i.e. implementing the additional lines.

What date did you have? In north the sun gives some light during the whole night in summer time. Also if you set high turbidity, the light will scatter more.premier wrote: how is the lighting in dsj? cause it seems to me like the sun gives the light for 24h no matter if its day or night.
The shadow is always somewhere below the ski jumper on purpose. Otherwise it would be too difficult to estimate the time to land.premier wrote: I noticed bad angle when i set 23.45hr : http://img534.imageshack.us/i/dsj4.jpg/

See Jump from Willingen and jump from Ga-Pa, Understand me? Left Fly and Right Fly.
This same write Metsi. Dzięki za pomoc
Jussi, necessarily "mirror images" of F1 and F2 camera !!! Note that the vast majority of television shows jumping from a camera on the left side of the hill ! Besides, think about left-handed players. Please

I have tried it earlier and it felt totally crazy after thousands of jumps from left to right. There might also be some obstacles blocking the view (e.g. light poles).
